Q: Can anyone have a bonfire?
A: Customers Must be 21 or older.
Q: What if it rains on the day of your bonfire ?
A: You can reschedule your bonfire date, or receive a $25 refund from your deposit.
Q: How do we schedule a Bonfire with OC Beach Bonfire Co.?
Q: Can a bonfire be canceled ?
A: Bonfire Permits are NON-Refundable.
IN-Season (Memorial day-Labor Day) If the customer calls 48hrs in advance, we will offer them a $25 refund of their deposit.
OFF-Season (Labor day- Memorial Day) If the customer calls before 3PM the day of the bonfire we will offer a $25 refund of their deposit.
Q: Can we have bonfires anywhere on the beach ?
A: Bonfires are not permit south of 30th street from May 1st- September 30th.
A: Submit a request form located on our "packages page", or you can call, text, or email us.
A: (April 1st-September 30th) Bonfires can start at 6PM.
(October 1st-March 31st) Bonfires can start at 4PM.
Q: Can we start our bonfire anytime we want ?
Q:Do we need to bring our own lighter?
A: Yes, you must bring your own ignition source preferably a log lighter ( long-tip lighter).
Q:Do we need to be at the drop off location on time?
A: Its very important to be at the drop off location at your scheduled time. If you fail to be present for delivery of equipment, and can not be contacted, you will receive a text & email informing you that your equipment has been re-rented. OCBB WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND OF SERVICES PAID.
Q: What happens if OCBB is delayed with your delivery?
A: We will notify you immediatly with a call or text to provide an updated ETA. We are deliver to customers throughout the entire city, and are at the mercy of seasonal traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. Your patence and understanding is greatly appreciated.
